We standardize the recognition and accreditation procedures for academic and non-academic training, based on European, North American and international training validation procedures, using our own model of common rules between the different methods that allow the issuance of an i-CTA certificate validated by our Academic Council, which can be presented in any country in the world.
Talent Recognition
Skills acquired through work are increasingly important to employers these days, who are willing to pay well experienced professionals rather than inexperienced graduates. The Academic Council of i-CTA uses an algorithmic method of recognition of competences, in which the working time and the objectives achieved allow a validation of competences and the conversion of these data into professional and academic certification.

What it isn’t
i-CTA is not a school or a training center and does not require its candidates to attend longer courses that are often unsuited to people’s real needs.
