The validation process

Our skills recognition process consists of a five steps process and takes place entirely online for the candidate, with the support of the assigned international team.

After making the payment, the validation process will start. In average, the validation process and issue of i-CTA Certification lasts for 5 days.

The deadline for carrying out the validation process may be longer depending on the following factors:

• Country of origin of the candidate
• Accomplishment of the competences to be validated.
• Quality of Information provided by the candidate.
• Internal validation process of data submitted by the Academic Council.

An i-CTA certification will only be issued if all data submitted by the candidate is absolutely reliable, true and validated.

It is important to bear in mind that the more detailed the information about the skills to be provided, the easier it is to validate the candidate’s skills. Therefore, during the application process, keep in mind that it is very important to take the time to fill in all the requested information in as much detail as possible.

Do i need to do my application all at once?

You don’t need to do the whole process at once. You will have the opportunity to submit your information in stages.
You will receive a link on your email to your private area where you will have access to all the information you need to add to the process, as well as all the stages of your process.

Depending on the candidate and the documentation, the submission process takes about 10 to 30 minutes.
